These policies help protect the condo, our neighbours, and every guest's stay.
Check-in & checkout
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m.. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkout may result in an additional charge if it interferes with cleaning or the next reservation.
No smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo. Guests must also follow all building and condominium smoking rules in common areas and on the property.
Pets
Pets are welcome when disclosed with the reservation. A $50 fee per pet, per stay applies. Guests are responsible for pet waste, noise, damage, and any extraordinary cleaning caused by their pets. Legally protected service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Quiet hours & neighbours
Please respect our neighbours at all times. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Keep music, television, voices, doors, hallways, balconies, and common areas at a level that will not disturb others, and follow all City of Calgary and condominium noise rules.
No parties or events
Parties, events, disruptive gatherings, and unapproved large groups are not permitted. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless approval is received in advance.
Damage, missing items & extra cleaning
Guests are responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage, missing condo contents, lost keys or access devices, and extraordinary cleaning caused by the guest, their visitors, or their pets. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Please report accidental damage promptly.
Personal belongings
Please keep valuables secure and check the condo carefully before leaving. YYC Urban Stay is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or left behind except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. We will make a reasonable effort to help locate left-behind items.
Building, parking & safety rules
Guests must follow condominium bylaws, posted building rules, parking requirements, security procedures, and fire-safety instructions. Do not tamper with smoke or carbon-monoxide alarms, fire equipment, locks, or building security systems. Any fines, towing charges, or costs caused by a guest's rule violation are the guest's responsibility where permitted by law.
